We moved back home after 25 years in Chicago.  We knew NOTHING about the market here.  I had one weekend to look at houses and make a decision.  Jill busted her butt and set up more than 10 showings. When I walked into our dream house, I said “this is it.”  Jill walked us through everything that needed to happen, and we were under contract before I had to fly back to Chicago to finish packing.  Then she helped us do all the things we had to do to close.  She arranged the inspection, the financing, everything.  Every question answered, every worry addressed.  She is, as they say in Chicago, da bomb.
